Damion Frasier
Damion is a 1989 University of Michigan Law School Honors graduate. Damion has served the teams of three Michigan-based law firms with his talents, representing clients that range from manufacturers to financial and medical institutions. When Damion is not busy meeting and exceeding the expectations of his clients, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and fishing with his wife and three children.

Amy DeNise
Amy is a 1998 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. Amy holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Amy practices in the areas of commercial litigation, probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships and has tried cases in federal and Michigan courts.
Amy served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association-Greater Michigan Chapter from 2010-2020 and currently serves as the facilitator for a monthly Alzheimer’s Association caregiver support group. Amy also served as a member of the Geriatric Education Center of Michigan-Flint/Hurley Medical Center.

Tracy Denryter - Paralegal
Tracy has been with Shedd-Frasier since 2008. In 2011 she received her paralegal certificate from Oakland University. Tracy is proud to manage the firm's documents with complete privacy and efficiency, assisting with the drafting of pleadings, correspondence, case management, and bookkeeping.
